Asparagus with Tofu in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients:

Fresh Green Asparagus, trimmed, blanched
Chinese Cabbage, chopped
Egg Tofu/ Silk Tofu, cut to size
Mushroom (any type will do), chopped
2 Garlics, crushed
2 tablespoons of Garlic Chives
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
2 tablespoons of corn flour
Butter
Sugar, Pepper to taste

so now let's start to cook yeah

step 1 ----- Deep fry those tofus until it form golden skin. Put aside.

step 2 ----- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter, add garlic, stir until fragrant.

step 5 ----- Dissolve 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce with 4 tablespoons of water.

step 6 ----- Add it to the vegetables.

step 7 ----- Add asparagus, add sugar and pepper to taste.

step 8 ----- Dissolve 2 tablespoons of corn flour with 4 tablespoons of water, this will glaze the vegetables and thicken the sauce a bit.

step 9 ----- Add and mix well.

step10 ----- Throw in the garlic chives, mix well and turn off your stove.

step11 ----- Arrange fried tofu on a plate.
